WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO?

WHY LEARNING BY DOING APPROACH?
Because the active mode of learning is more effective than the passive one. Therefore, our training programs are highly interactive and based on the experiential learning and learning by doing approach.
Meaning, during the whole training, employees are engaged in different situations, with their environment and their peers. As a result of being actively engaged, all participants know how to apply new knowledge right after the training.
WHY SHORTER TRAINING FOLLOWED BY REPETITION?
Humans can recall information and concepts better if learn them in multiple, spread-out sessions.
This is called the spacing effect. (Ebbinghaus, 1964)
To remember a greater percentage of information shared during the training, employees need to recall it later, at intervals. This is why we include repetition practices, the post-module Notion page, and microlearning after the training session.
